Chicago Family Asthma & Allergy is located in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago on the east side of Clark Street, between Wrightwood and Deming. The CFAA banner hangs above and just to the right of the building entrance. Take note that there are two entrances labeled "2551". We are inside the left entrance. Plan to park up to two hours for new patient visits and one hour for return patient visits.

From I-90/94: Eastbound: California exit, right on California, quick left on Diversey, in 3 miles right on Clark, bldg ½ mile on left. Westbound: Check with internet map, as it may depend on your location.

Valet is available for $8 Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-1pm.
Street parking on Clark is $1.25 for one hour with a max of 2 hours.
Neighborhood street parking is free if you feel lucky driving the side streets.
